The Service Organization Report, SAS70, helps assure customers that their systems are running in an environment where controls have been designed and have been tested to ensure they are operating to achieve specific control objectives. NTT America has a Service Organization Report for its premier data centers on the East and West coasts.

The Availability Principles and Criteria is an international set of principles and criteria for systems and electronic commerce developed and managed jointly by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
