Doug Junkins, Vice President of IP Engineering, NTT America, will moderate the panel, “International Access: Optimising Regional and International Connectivity in the Latin American Market: Capacity Investment, Partnership and Collaboration Strategies,” on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. During this panel, executives from China Telecom Americas, IFX Networks, Level 3 Communications, PCCW Global and Tiscali International Network will assess the status of new and existing sub-sea cable systems in Latin America, evaluate the impact of increased international capacity demand on the future developments in the Latin American market, pinpoint future growth opportunities to extend market coverage and discuss developing effective collaboration strategies to access new markets.
