NTT Communications’ NTel Ops service is a global network management system that leverages virtual engineers (agents) to learn from human actions, reduce errors and accelerate end-to-end runbook procedures allowing for the resolution of most service incidents without human intervention.  NTel Ops gives you a fully transparent view across your service management framework via a single web portal.
