NTT America provides excellent support services as standard in all its products. And with our new customer care options you can be assured you will get the highest level of support your solution needs.

Signature Support

NTT America is the winner of many awards for its customer service and prides itself on its expertise and responsiveness. NTT America's customer service organization delivers outstanding support within all its products.

The first step is to ensure problems are kept to a minimum. NTT America's premier data centers are engineered with carrier class uninterruptable and backup power, advanced cooling and humidity and around the clock monitoring to ensure that all systems are fully operational.

The Certified Engineering Center (CEC) constantly monitors data center systems and customer infrastructure. If there is a problem, notifications are sent to customers immediately and remedial action taken. When a customer contacts the CEC, they speak directly to a certified engineer expediting resolution. After resolution, the customer receives a full Situation Incident Report.

In addition, customers can access the NTT America Customer Portal which provides real time statistics, billing information and detailed documentation on their services. All of the above is standard in all NTT America Enterprise Hosting products.

Specialized Support

Some customer solutions need that extra peace of mind. To address this NTT America is offering three additional levels of customer care and support services that provide, among other things, a named single point of contact, additional monitoring of system performance and extra help restoring systems if a problem does occur.
