Service Level Agreements (SLA)

We provide reliable connectivity and network capacity to the Internet, offering service level agreements (SLA) that guarantee performance, including:

  • IP network free of network outages 100% of the time
  • Packet loss will not exceed 0.1%
  • Latency will not exceed 50 milliseconds for the North American Network, 90 milliseconds for the Trans-Atlantic Network and 130 milliseconds or less for the Trans-Pacific Network
  • We also provide data center SLA targets covering power interruptions, temperature and humidity.

Our US colocation data centers are SSAE 16, ISAE 3402 and SysTrust compliant. These certifications cover critical aspects of our data center operations, including physical access, network and IP backbone access, system availability, customer provisioning and problem management.


Our compliance with industry standards is detailed in annual service organization control (SOC) reports. We provide SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 certification reports, validated by Ernst & Young. The reports contain our service auditor's opinion and a description of our system. SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports also contain a description of our control objectives and controls and our service auditor's tests of operating effectiveness, with test results.


SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 are certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Auditing Standards Board and the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. Our SOC 1 report is compliant with both SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 standards.
